A Different Approach
The pelvic floor is part of the core system — working in partnership with your breath, deep abdominals, and posture to support your whole body.
When this system is out of balance, it can affect everything from your comfort to your confidence — showing up as obvious symptoms like urgency and leaks, as well as less obvious ones like back and hip pain, or other ongoing discomforts.
Many people are told to “just do Kegels” or focus on strengthening their core — but that’s not always what the body needs. In some cases, that approach can even make things worse.
My method takes a different path, with not a single Kegel in sight — just an effective way to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and feel confident again.
